Our Services consist of bespoke property research reports prepared and delivered digitally.

1. Delivery Method

• Reports are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.
• Reports are supplied in PDF format unless otherwise agreed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Target delivery times are 2–3 working days for Homebuyer Report, Investor Standard and Investor Pro, and 5–7 working days for Postcode Scout.
• Complex properties, locations or research requirements may take longer. We will contact you if the timing changes.

3. Order Confirmation

• You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review and notify us promptly of any errors.

4. Completion of Delivery

• A report is considered delivered once the file has been sent to the email address provided.
• Please ensure your email address is correct and that you can receive attachments (check spam/junk filters).

5. Non-Delivery

• If you have not received your report within the expected timeframe, contact us. If non-delivery is due to a technical error on our side, we will re-send or arrange an alternative method.

6. Revisions & Updates

• Reports reflect information available at the time of research. Updates after delivery are not automatic and require a new order.
